Forearm / Elbow Release

Many people who work at computers all day, or who have hands on jobs with movements like gripping or torquing can develop pain in the forearm extensors and the outside tendons of the elbow, leading to tendinitis.  This can be debilitating, and may take some time to heal, as blood flow to the tendons especially is quite limited.

To help heal both elbow and forearms, this soft tissue release technique is easy to do yourself, and if you are diligent about doing it daily for a few minutes, after a week or two, you will find that the pain greatly diminishes. Give it a try.
